We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item you are welcome to return the product. However, we will require a return request in writing and the following Terms and Conditions will apply
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund as long as the return is requested in writing within 7 working days of delivery. To request a refund, please put your request in writing on our Contact Page We are unable to accept such a request by telephone. Please include the reason for return in the email so we can act appropriately.
Once we have received your email we will forward you a returns form to be included with your returned package. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. All cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
For full details on our returns procedure please see our Terms and Conditions. Once refund is authorised, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Please then allow a further 2 - 3 working days for the funds to show in your account.
If your item arrives damaged please notify the driver immediately. Items damaged in transit or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods.
We must be notified of any dispatch errors or damaged goods on the day of delivery and all goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery, at which point we will exchange your goods and re-deliver.
