Returns Policy
RETURNS INFORMATION
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however in the rare occasion that you are not, we do require notification via email within 14 working days after delivery of your order. Once your return request has been received via our ‘contact us’ page, you will receive a confirmation email with our returns procedure. You will then have a further 14 working days to return the goods back to us. Please note electrical goods are non-returnable.
UNWANTED GOODS
If you decide that you no longer wish to have the goods you purchased, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging along with a covering note for the reason why you are returning the item/s. If you choose to return your your item by post or courier you will need to cover the cost of this service.
FAULTY GOODS
Vauxhall provide you with a 12 month warranty on accessories purchased online. If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. For faulty items, we will examine them or we may have to return them to the manufacturer for examination. (refunds for faulty products can only be issued if notified within 24 hours from delivery otherwise a replacement part will have to be issued)
DAMAGED GOODS
If your item arrives damaged please notify the driver immediately. Items damaged in transit or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods.
PROCEDURE / REFUNDS
To request a refund, please put your request in writing on our Contact page. We are unable to accept such a request by telephone. Once we have received your email, you shall receive an automated Returns/Exchange email including returns instructions. Please note that these email's may fall into junk/spam folders.
All items will be inspected once returned. We reserve the right to offer a partial or no refund if a returned order shows signs of damage, wear or mishandling resulting in a diminished value.
Once a refund is authorised, please allow up to 14 calendar days for the refund to be processed. Please then allow a further 2-3 working days for the funds to show in your account. For full details on our returns procedure please contact us.
Delivery
DELIVERY METHODS
Standard Delivery orders will be fulfilled by Royal Mail or Evri, these are a 48 service to most mainland UK destinations Monday - Friday.
DPD Express Delivery will be a Next Working Day service to most mainland UK destinations Monday – Friday.
For orders to be dispatched they must firstly have stock available and secondly be placed before 2 pm on the day of order any orders placed after this time will be sent the following day.
Please be aware that if an item is out of stock, the delivery method chosen will be applied to the item once received by ourselves. Delivery is not the same as fulfilment and orders may take longer than delivery method selected to reach customers.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Please be aware if you pay for next working day delivery this will still be charged but if the item isn't in stock this will cause a delay with your order. As soon as the item is receipted into stock we will then dispatch this on the next working day service for you.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days from confirmation. Should there be a delay on your order due to stock we shall notify you accordingly. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number, this will provide you with further delivery information for your parcel.
